We have job openings for a local Little Rock company that is hiring motivated Inside Sales Specialists who are interested in career advancement.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Conduct individual research to identify prospect targets in market area
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly qualified lead generation quotas
- Contact new business contacts via telephone, e-mail and social media to introduce SpotRight and create sales qualified leads
- Schedule presentations and demos in coordination with sales leader
- Follow up on leads and advance leads through the sales cycle
- Input and manage information for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com
- Proactively research lead generation methodologies, best practices, and technologies to enhance reach, effectiveness and ROI
- Creatively adapt sales scripts and methods to align with prospective client base
- Use Salesforce.com, and social media platforms (training provided)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years in technology, insights or data sales or proven performance selling over the phone
- Excellent communication skills with knowledge of social media
- Strong phone and interpersonal skills
- Motivated by incentives aligned to goals and measurement attainment
- Self-directed and takes initiative within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project and time management skills
- Creativity, flexibility, ability to multi-task and a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges is a must.
Position pays salary + commission.
