Employee Pledge

As an employee of the Hughes Agency I pledge to do my best and represent the Hughes Agency well by:

• Demonstrating a strong work ethic
• Showing up to a job on time and prepared to work
• Working a full shift
• Maintaining a clean and well groomed appearance
• Treating supervisors and other workers with respect
• Working responsibly and safely
• Report any wrong doing I witness to immediate supervisors and the Hughes Agency
• Report any unsafe working conditions immediately to the Hughes Agency
