Since 1988, The Hughes Agency formally Your Employment Service, Inc. has been staffing Central Arkansas with quality employees. Carolyn and Bill Hughes started out of the back of a "Good Times" van helping staff a local company. 20 years later...The Hughes Agency is still staffing that same company with quality employees. The Hughes Agency has grown tremendously since then. On October 14, 2008 we celebrated our 20th birthday with a chili lunch for our clients and birthday cake. Thank you for letting The Hughes Agency staff both you as a client and you as an employee. We look forward to 20 more years in service.
