Your 2009 W-2's are now available to be downloaded and printed off from your personal computer. Here's what you do:
Go to: http://youremploy.downloadmyform.com
Enter your date of birth in this format mm/dd/year
Enter your social security number in this format: 555-55-5555
When it asks for the Access Code enter DMF9
Once you enter that code your W-2 will open up. You can print from there or save it to your desktop. In the case that you have W-2's from The Hughes Agency and Hughes Staffing, please make sure you print BOTH W-2's out. They are 2 separate companies.
